Staying in the Stone Room was fantastic! We enjoyed a super comfortable stay, and the breathtaking views from the rooftop terrace made our mornings magical, especially with the hot air balloons in the sky. The cave room can feel cramped with larger luggage!!! Some lights flickered uncomfortably, and though they were quick to replace, it just created a nuisance!!! Also, the lack of AC in summer could be an issue!!!

the stay was filled with little hiccups. breakfast started late, clearly showing a lack of consideration for eager guests like myself. and honestly, a triple deluxe room was hardly deluxe—more average! i woudl ve appreciated a complimentary gesture to compensate for my dissatisfaction, but alas, i guess that’s not part of their service charm after all.

I stayed in the Deluxe Triple Stone Room, and it was super spacious and bright! The decor was really beautiful, and everything felt clean. I loved having a nice sitting area and the bathroom was large, too. The rooftop terrace gave amazing views of the fairy chimneys and balloons. such a nice touch! Breakfast was simple but filled me up, and it was nice to soak in the views while eating. Awesome experience overall!
